SUNRISE, FL – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that it has implemented a new Red Carpet Experience guest service program to enhance the overall experience of all guests during BB&T Center concerts, shows and sporting events.
The new Red Carpet program features extensive training, execution, and new philosophies and principals for all SSE staff and vendors including parking attendants, concession workers, ushers, ticket-takers, security personnel, maintenance staff, full-time employees, executives, and more.
In addition to full time staff, all of SSE’s key vendors will take part in the training program including Andy Frain Services, Centerplate, Pritchard, and USA Parking.
“SSE’s new Red Carpet guest service program takes our staff training and preparation to the next level,” said SSE Sr. Vice President & BB&T Center General Manager Brett Stefansson. “Simply put, it will make the BB&T Center experience exponentially better for all of our guests including fans, partners, sponsors, and other VIPs.”
The Red Carpet program is highlighted by the following:
- Customer service principals focused on core fundamentals
- Extensive on-site and off-site training programs touching more than 800 staff and employees
- Survey programs to benchmark performance and evaluate progress
- Customized reward program for staff that exceed service expectations
- Training video featuring former Florida Panthers forward and current TV analyst Bill Lindsay
