SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today a commitment to providing the best guest experience and customer service in the industry with new BB&T Center partners CSC (Contemporary Services Company) and Park One, as well as a revamped service department within the company.
CSC, the leader in crowd management, will provide staffing for all of BB&T Center’s ushers, ticket takers, event staff and 24-hour security, while Park One, South Florida’s premier parking service provider, will ensure the best event-day parking lot service and efficiency in the industry by managing the arena’s nearly 90 acres of parking lots. Both CSC and Park One will begin their services at the BB&T Center on Sept. 1.
Additionally, SSE has revamped the full-time service area of the business with Director of Event Operations and Guest Services Tom Embrey overseeing the arena’s key vendors including CSC and Park One and managing the client experience for concert/event promoters, while Vice President of Sales & Fan Experience Shawn Kuzmin and Director of Fan Experience Kathleen Malara and her department will focus on the service and guest experience of all season ticket holders.
Also as part of SSE’s commitment to service and experience, all of the company’s executives will have specific game night roles – beyond their normal duties – to spend time with guests, visit with key clients, and ensure an incredible live sports and entertainment experience for everyone that sets foot inside the BB&T Center.

The “Talk To Us” campaign (launched in April) focuses on taking the customer service and experience for Florida Panthers fans and all BB&T Center guests to an even higher level by encouraging all fans, guests and constituents to provide feedback – good and bad – through a variety of mediums.
