SSE Creates Dedicated Customer Service/Retention Department
New Vice President Carrie Rubin Will Oversee Strong Commitment To Customer Service
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment chief operating officer Michael Yormark announced today that Carrie Rubin has been named Vice President, Client Services & Retention. The position has been created as part of a company wide initiative to maximize customer service.
SSE will consolidate its "service areas" into one department to maintain a daily focus on customer service for corporate partners, season seat holders, suite owners and WCI Communities Private Club members.
Additionally, the goal of this department is to enhance SSE's customer service functions, ensure that every business partner maximizes their investment in the organization and to ensure that they have a memorable experience every time they set foot inside the BankAtlantic Center.
"Providing the highest level of customer service to all of our constituents is a primary focus of our company," Yormark said. "This restructuring puts us in a position to achieve that goal."
