Florida Panthers Reassign RW Anthony Stewart
SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager and Head Coach Jacques Martin announced today that RW Anthony Stewart has been reassigned to the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Stewart, 22, joined the Panthers for the third time this season, playing 5:51 in the Cats 2-1 loss to the Washington Capitals on Saturday, Dec. 1. He has played in seven games with the Panthers without recording a point. Stewart has also appeared in 16 games with Rochester this year recording 17 points (7-10-17) in 16 games played with 22 PIM.

Stewart was originally drafted by the Panthers with their second choice (25th overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
