Panthers Recall C Anthony Stewart from Rochester (AHL)

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager and Head Coach Jacques Martin announced today that C Anthony Stewart has been recalled from Rochester (AHL).
Stewart, 23, will be making his eighth appearance with Florida this season. He has appeared in 24 games for Florida with one point. In 26 games with Rochester (AHL), Stewart has eight goals and 11 assists.
Stewart will join the team this afternoon in Toronto and is eligible to play this evening when the Panthers take on the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7:30 p.m. at Air Canada Centre. The game can be seen live on FSN-Florida or heard on the radio at 790AM The Ticket.
