Florida Panthers Recall F Michal Repik

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Jacques Martin announced today that F Michael Repik has been recalled from the Rochester Americans (AHL) and is available to play in tonight’s road game against the Buffalo Sabres.
Repik, 20, has played in 60 games with Rochester this year registering 41 points (18-23-41) and 50 PIM.
The Vlasim, Czech Republic native made his NHL debut with Florida earlier this season at Ottawa on Dec. 8, playing over seven minutes and scoring his first career NHL goal in the Panthers 4-3 overtime win. Repik has played four games with Florida this year, all on the road. The Cats are 3-1 with him in the lineup.
Repik was drafted by Florida with their second choice (40th overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
