Panthers RW Steve Bernier to Undergo Surgery

SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Dale Tallon announced today RW Steve Bernier suffered an orbital fracture at the end of last night’s game against the Minnesota Wild and is expected to have surgery in South Florida later this afternoon. Further information regarding the timetable for his recovery and return to the ice will be available next week.
Florida begins a four game road trip tonight when they take on the Philadelphia Flyers at 7 p.m. The game can be seen live on FS Florida and heard on 560 WQAM.
