Panthers Continue Pregame Fan Forum Program For Season Seat Owners On Thursday
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today it will continue the Pregame Fan Forum program hosted by President Michael R. Yormark and Vice President of Sales & Service Ryan McCoy on Thursday, March 28 at 5:45 p.m. prior to the Florida Panthers-Buffalo Sabres game at the BB&T Center.
The forum is designed to encourage guest feedback and give fans a face-to-face medium for voicing their opinions on the Panthers organization’s service. The program is for Panthers season seat owners only and the wealth of feedback thus far has already led to major changes in the franchise’s customer service and operational strategies.
“Our new Pregame Fan Forum program has been extremely rewarding and invaluable as we analyze our customer service strategy and our overall guest experience,” McCoy said. “Guest feedback is absolutely essential to maintaining the high level of service that is expected by our fans and our staff, and we have already made some significant changes coming out of our first few Fan Forums.”
Yormark and McCoy have hosted seven Pregame Fan Forums thus far. The events are limited to 40 people on a first come, first serve basis.
Interested fans should e-mail the Panthers’ service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to their season seat representative.
The program is part of the Panthers’ “7th Man” campaign designed to recognize and honor Cats fans all season long.
