Panthers Announce Three Summer Initiatives
Fan Forums, Advisory Boards and President dinners will garner fan feedback and improve overall service and experience
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment today announced three Florida Panthers fan and partner-based summer initiatives that continue the organization’s “Talk to Us” service and experience campaign.
The upcoming summer efforts include fan forum breakfasts and lunches – after the success of the 2013 pregame fan forums - the creation of three advisory boards (one each in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties), and a “Catch-up With The President” dinner series featuring Panthers President Michael R. Yormark.
“We are committed to improving the level of service and experience for all of our fans, partners and constituents and these three initiatives are an example of that commitment,” said Yormark. “These summer programs will garner critical fan feedback and help us make significant positive changes to our customer service principles and programs and improve the overall experience for every one of our guests and partners.”
The fan forum breakfasts or lunches will take place approximately every three weeks at the BB&T Center, a local Duffy’s Sports Grill, or another South Florida location. The first forum will take place on Tuesday, May 21, at 12:30 p.m. at Duffy’s Plantation. Each forum will host 20 fans, and is also intended to give new fans a chance to vocalize their feedback.
To provide an even higher level of service, fan experience and attention to detail in everything the Panthers organization does, an advisory board will be formed in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Each advisory board will be made up of season seat owners, corporate partners and Panthers executives who will work together to come up with suggestions to improve the organization as a whole. The members of these advisory boards will be announced on Wednesday, May 22, and will serve a term of one year on their board. The first meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Duffy’s Plantation (Broward County), Duffy’s North Miami (Miami-Dade) and Duffy’s Delray Beach (Palm Beach).
Additionally, a “Catch up with the President” dinner series with Yormark will start on Wednesday, June 12 and will include 4-5 Panthers partners.
For more information on any of these initiatives fans are encouraged to contact the Panthers service team at 954-835-8471 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
