You do not need me to tell you, but with another Friday in the books, we are one week closer to the hockey season. And get this, we are only samarium (62) days until Panthers hockey! Oh wait…I’m supposed to use hockey players and not the periodic table for that game? Oh well... August may be a slow time for hockey but that does not mean there is not plenty of good hockey content to dive into. Let’s take a look.

• A number of Panthers prospects are representing their countries at their respective Junior Camps. Check out the latest goings on at USA's Camp and Canada's.

• One of the participants at the US camp is goaltender Evan Cowley. Here is a piece on Cowley and Sam Brittain, a pair of Panthers goaltending prospects who played together at the University of Denver.
