Usage Guidelines

Advance Tickets
Individual game tickets for Panthers home games may be purchased through TicketMaster® outlets or phone centers (Broward 954-835-TEAM, Dade 305-573-TEAM or Palm Beach 561-998-TEAM), the BankAtlantic Center's North Box Office (M-F 10am-6pm, event days beginning at 10am) or Pro Player Stadium's Box Office. Future game tickets may also be purchased during Panthers games at the BankAtlantic Center's North Box Office located on the Plaza level.

Alcohol Sales
Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. We ask you please to drink responsibly, and we encourage the use of a designated driver.

All-Star Voting
All-Star Game ballots are distributed at all home games during the voting period (October through December). Ballots are available from ushers, guest services centers and ballot boxes positioned throughout the arena.

Arena Policies
For your comfort and safety at the BankAtlantic Center, we ask you not to bring the following items into the building to ensure the best atmosphere for all who attend our games:

Audio Recording Devices
Coolers, Cans, Bottles
Weapons
Horns or Noisemakers
Fireworks
Animals

ATMs
For your convenience, ATMs are located on the Plaza level next to the South Box Office, outside of section 131 and on the Mezzanine level outside of section 405.

Automobile Trouble
As a service to guests at the BankAtlantic Center, emergency automobile assistance will be provided before, during and after Panther games.

Away Game Tickets
As the visiting team, we receive a small allotment of tickets for each away game for use by the team. These are not for public sale. We suggest you contact the opposing club for their ticket availability. Please keep in mind that many NHL teams sell out on a frequent basis.

Banners
Banners may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the BankAtlantic Center. Handheld signs or placards may be allowed based on the following criteria:
  1. may not be distasteful or obscene,
  2. may not obstruct the view of other guests and
  3. may not be attached to any type of stick or pole. Management reserves the right to deem any banner unacceptable.
BellSouth® Courtesy Locator For emergency contact during a game, use our BellSouth® Courtesy Locator system located at the Guest Services desk across from section 101 on the Plaza level.
  • Non-season seat holders can stop by this center before the game to register their seat numbers.
  • Anyone trying to reach a guest should call 954.835.8000, and a cellular phone or message will be brought to his/her seat immediately.
  • All season seat holders should take note of the emergency number located on the inside cover of the season ticket holder book and display this number at their homes in case of an emergency.
Budweiser Terrace Celebrate every Panther victory in the Budweiser Terrace located above Pantherland on the Lexus Suite level. The Budweiser Terrace is an excellent place for members of your party to meet and enjoy live entertainment both before and after the game.

Cameras/Recording Devices
Still photography is permitted at Florida Panthers events provided a flash is not used. Recording devices, however, are strictly prohibited for non-media guests. Any image taken within the BankAtlantic Center must be accompanied by written consent from the Florida Panthers or the BankAtlantic Center before any commercial use.

Children's Admission
Children who have celebrated their second birthday must possess a valid ticket for entry into the BankAtlantic Center. Children under 24 months will be required to sit in the lap of a guest with paid admission.

Concierge Service/Guest Services
The Guest Services desks are located behind Pantherland on the Plaza level across from section 101 and across from section 403 to assist arena guests with information regarding upcoming events and prize distribution during games. Concierge desks are located inside each Lexus Suite/Club entrance and on the Lexus Suite/Club levels to assist guests in receiving or sending any information.

Container Policy
Cans, glass or plastic beverage containers, squeeze bottles and thermos bottles are not permitted in the BankAtlantic Center. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the arena. However, sealed water bottles will be allowed in the BankAtlantic Center.

Credit Cards
The BankAtlantic Center honors American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard at the arena box office and all team stores.

Disabled Seating
Disabled seating is available at most price levels and sightlines throughout the arena. You may inquire about disabled seating options by calling the Panthers' Ticket Operations Department at 954.835.7000.

Doors Open
Doors open one hour prior to the start of the game, allowing fans to get to their seats and enjoy the pre-game workout. For your dining pleasure, the South Patio Food Court will open one and a half hours prior to the drop of the puck, as will the Chairman's Club.

Elevators
Two elevators outside of sections 104, 131, 404 and 431 service disabled guests attending events at the BankAtlantic Center. Disabled guests are given priority to use these elevators. Six elevators located on either side of the Plaza lobby provide access to the Lexus Suite and Club levels.

Emergency Road Assistance
The BankAtlantic Center provides emergency road service and towing to guests before, during and after Panthers games. If you need assistance, contact the nearest parking lot attendant.

Escalators
Escalators are available in the Plaza lobby to transport guests to the Lexus Suite and Club levels and the Mezzanine level.

Fan Comments
The Panthers are always looking for ways to improve your experience at our games. We welcome your suggestions and constructive criticism. Comment sheets are available at our Guest Services desk or you may sand an email via the Contact Us page on this website.

Fan Conduct
The Panthers want to provide all fans with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable family atmosphere. Consequently, the club does not knowingly allow a pleasant hockey experience to be disrupted or ruined by unruly guests. Please contact your nearest usher to report such behavior.
  • Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted inside the venue.
  • Guests using foul or abusive language, appearing intoxicated or otherwise displaying rowdy or inconsiderate behavior are subject to ejection.
Fan Mail
Letters to all Panthers Players should be addressed to the individual's attention at the BankAtlantic Center, One Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323. All mail received after the conclusion of the season is held until the player/coach returns to Florida the following September. A self-addressed, stamped envelope expedites the return process.

First Aid
There are two Cleveland Clinic First Aid stations available to Panthers guests: one on the Plaza level outside of section 122 and another station located on the Mezzanine level outside of section 422. If you require assistance, please notify the nearest arena staff member or usher, and he/she will assist in notifying First Aid for you.

Food Courts
There are three food courts located on the Plaza level near sections 107, 118 and 130 and three food courts on the Mezzanine level located near sections 407, 418 and 430. Stop by the Guest Services desk on the Plaza level for a menu listing every item available at the BankAtlantic Center.

Function Rooms
Located on the Lexus Suite level, private function rooms are available to serve groups from 30-300 people. Rooms are available per event on a rental basis. If interested, contact the Group Sales Department at 954.835.SHOW.

Hat Trick
The Florida Panthers Hockey Club is not responsible for returning any objects thrown onto the ice following a hat trick.

Hotline
Catch up on all the latest Panthers news and information on the Panthers Hotline — 954.835.7777. The Panthers Hotline contains updates on Panther promotions, youth and amateur hockey events, community developments, practice schedule, directions to the BankAtlantic Center and ticket information so you can secure tickets to your next Florida Panthers hockey game.

Lost and Found
To report or claim any lost items, contact a Concierge or Guest Services staff member. To check for any lost items after an event, contact the BankAtlantic Center at 954.835.8610. Items left more than 30 days will be donated to charity.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
  • The Florida Panthers will conduct business only with the season seat holder of record.
  • If season tickets are stolen, a copy of the official police report must be presented to the ticket office. Replacement vouchers will be issued at no charge when the official police report is presented.
  • If season tickets are lost or left at home, a deposit will be collected before any replacement vouchers are issued. The deposit will be refunded only when the unused ticket(s) are returned to the Panthers ticket office within 30 days of the event.
  • Season seat holders should contact the Panthers ticket office at 954.835.7000 prior to the event. Replacement passes will only be issued at the Customer Service window located at the South Box Office on the Plaza level.
Merchandise
Guests visiting the BankAtlantic Center may purchase all Florida Panthers gift items at the team stores located throughout the BankAtlantic Center. Fans can discover Pantherland, Fan Gear and Fan Stuff on the Plaza level and the Panthers Den on the Mezzanine level.

Paging
The paging of guests is not available during events. Emergency phone messages may be hand-delivered to guests when seat location is given (see BellSouth® Courtesy Locator).

Panther Bucks
Similar to a gift certificate, Panthers Bucks are the BankAtlantic Center's accepted currency at all concession and merchandise stands for events. Panthers Bucks come in $5 increments and can be purchased at Pantherland.

Parking
Parking for Panthers hockey is included in all ticket purchases. Parking price for all other BankAtlantic Center events varies per event. Parking lots open two hours before the game. Please note that Sunrise City Code prohibits tailgating. Parking lots are patrolled by security for one hour after each game. All limousines and cargo vans should enter Gate 5 or 6, and buses should enter Gate 3.

Projectiles
The NHL prohibits the throwing of items onto the ice surface. Incidents may result in the Panthers being assessed a two-minute penalty and offenders being ejected from the building.

Puck Alert
Please be aware that the puck can be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. To avoid injury, stay alert any time you are in the spectator area. If you are injured, please ask the nearest usher for help and/or directions to the nearest First Aid station.

Reentry Policy
There is a "No Reentry" policy in effect at the BankAtlantic Center. If you have an emergency, please see a security supervisor at the main doors.

Reselling Tickets
Season tickets are sold for the use of season seat holders and their guests. The purchase of season seats from the Florida Panthers constitutes an agreement not to resell such tickets for any amount in excess of face value and to prevent such tickets from being resold by others. Selling tickets (at any price) on arena property is prohibited. Any season seat holder whose tickets are found to have been the subject of a resale transaction for an amount in excess of face value will not be renewed for the following season.

Restrooms
The BankAtlantic Center offers 34 public restrooms throughout the building. All restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Companion restrooms are located on the north and south ends of the Plaza level, on the south end of the Club level and on the south side of the Mezzanine level.

Scoreboard Messages
Send that special someone a message on the scoreboard during a Panthers game. A reservation is required and must be received at least two days before the game. A donation of $50 is required for a scoreboard message with the full fee benefiting the Florida Panthers Foundation. Call 954.835.7728 to make your reservation.

Season Seat Holder of Record
The name that appears on the top line of your identification card is the account holder of record. For example, if your card reads "Jim Smith, ABC Company," then Jim Smith is the account holder of record and retains all rights that accompany this subscription. If it reads "ABC Company, Jim Smith," then ABC Company is the account holder of record — not Jim Smith. If your account reads incorrectly, please notify the Panthers Ticket Office in writing.

Smoking Policy
Based upon the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking is not allowed in any public area. Guests wishing to smoke may do so outside on all levels.

Suites
The Lexus Suite and Club levels offer 74 privately-owned suites for Panthers fans to watch each home game. In addition to these private suites, guests may reserve one of two party suites available during Panthers games. For more information regarding these party suites, call the Panthers Sales Department at 954.835.7000.

Sun-Sentinel
Panthers fans can enjoy Sun-Sentinel newspapers during the games at stands located throughout the BankAtlantic Center.

Telephones
Public telephones can be found at the following locations:
  • Plaza level, sections 104, 114, 121 and 131.
  • Mezzanine concourse, sections 404, 414, 421 and 431.
  • Lexus Suite level, near the VIP elevator lobbies outside of suites 201 and 214.
  • Club level, near the VIP elevator lobbies outside suites 304 and 334.
Will Call
Prepaid reservations and other tickets can be picked up at the Customer Service/Will Call windows on the day of the game, up to 90 minutes before the start of the game. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
