SEASON TICKET GUIDELINESThe name that appears on the top line of the address portion on the front of the invoice is the account holder of record.
Where the account holder of record is actually a company or corporation, the account should be listed in the company name to the attention of a designated employee.
All payments MUST be made by the account holder of record and are non-refundable.
Season tickets are non-transferable. It is important to the Florida Panthers to protect and reward long time Panthers fans by allowing them the opportunity to upgrade their seat locations rather than allowing season ticket holders to transfer accounts or sell them to third parties.
Privilege of renewal for season tickets is extended only to the account holder of the record listed on the front of the invoice.
If your non renewed seats are in pursuit of being purchased by another fan, you will be given 48 hours notice up until the determined date of seats being released.
Game dates and prices are subject to change. The Panthers will notify all season ticket holders of any changes to date or time of games.
In the case of a lost/stolen ticket, the account holder of record needs to communicated in writing to the Florida Panthers Ticket Office the specifics of the loss.
