STEVE GOLDSTEIN

Television Play-By-Play

Steve Goldstein enters his third season as the team’s play-by-play voice on FOX Sports Florida. Prior to being named as the team’s television voice, he spent two years calling games as the club’s radio play-by-play broadcaster.

Goldstein had served as the team's play-by-play radio announcer for the previous two seasons before moving over to FSN. "Goldie" is a familiar personality to Panthers fans. He is in his 14th year with the team having hosted the Panthers weekly pre- and post-game shows and has lent his voice to WQAM since 1994. Previously, the Brooklyn, NY native worked as a reporter for New York's WFAN and the CBS Radio Network. He hosted CBS Radio's hockey coverage of the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan and worked as a reporter and producer at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway.

A graduate of Syracuse University in 1991, Goldstein holds a degree in broadcast journalism. He and his wife, Dana, reside in Weston, Fla., with their sons, Jake and Kyle.

BILL LINDSAY

Television Anaylst

Bill Lindsay moves over to FS Florida after spending the last two seasons serving as the radio analyst on Sports Talk 790 The Ticket, as well as working with FOX Sports Florida during their pre-game, intermission and post-game television broadcasts.

Lindsay, 36, a 14-year NHL veteran and member of the 1996 Panthers Eastern Conference Championship team, has played in more than 750 NHL contests for six different clubs scoring 83 goals and 141 assists. He appeared in 506 games (1993-99; 2001-02) with the Panthers recording 165 points (67-98-165).

Lindsay is best known for his spectacular Game 5 goal in the Eastern Conference  semifinals versus Boston that broke a 3-3 tie and gave the Panthers their first playoff series victory. The Big Fork, Montana native completed his NHL career with Atlanta in 2004, before spending the last two seasons playing for the Cologne Sharks in the German League.

Lindsay and his wife Kari reside in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

 


CRAIG MINERVINI

Panthers Preview Host

Craig Minervini joined the Panthers broadcast team in August of 2003 and hosts the Inside the Panthers show on FSN Florida prior to all of the Panthers telecasts. Pre-game shows are nothing new to Minervini, who is entering his fifth season as the host of Marlins on Deck, the Florida Marlins pre-game show.

Minervini's broadcast experience includes play-by-play duty on select Marlins games, college baseball for ESPN and college football for Fox Sports Net. He also served as play-by-play broadcaster for NBC's Notre Dame football coverage in 2000. Minervini has also lent his voice to 790 ESPN Radio. His hockey experience includes play-by-play duties for the Sunshine Hockey League's West Palm Beach Blaze (1992-94) and for ice hockey and Roller Hockey International games on ESPN and ESPN2.

The Long Island, NY native holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. While at Syracuse, Minervini handled play-by-play duties for Syracuse Chiefs baseball (AAA), as well as Syracuse University football, basketball, lacrosse and soccer on WAER-FM.

He currently lives in Weston, FL and has two sons, Chase and Max, and a daughter, Spencer.
 

RANDY MOLLER

Radio Play-By-Play

Randy Moller, a former Panthers defenseman, enters his third season as the team’s radio play-by-play broadcaster on Sports Talk 790 The Ticket. Moller has been a member of the Cats’ broadcast team for the last 12 years, serving in a variety of capacities, including as the club’s radio analyst and television host, providing Panthers fans with insightful and enthusiastic broadcasts. Moller is also a part of the Panthers front office as the Vice President of Broadcasting and Alumni.

A native of Red Deer, Alberta, Moller, 43, logged 13 seasons in the NHL with the Quebec Nordiques, New York Rangers, Buffalo Sabres and the Panthers amassing 45 goals, 180 assists and 1,692 penalty minutes in 815 games. He also serves as president of the Florida Panthers Alumni Association.

He and his wife, Cathy, live in Boca Raton with sons Jonathan and Logan, and daughter, McKenna.
