DALE TALLON
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Hockey Operations
Dale Tallon enters his second season as Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Florida Panthers after being named to the position on May 17, 2010. Since joining Florida, Tallon has conducted two successful NHL Entry Drafts that have seen the club stockpile 23 picks, including four first-round selections: (No. 3 – F Jonathan Huberdeau (2011), No. 3 – D Erik Gudbranson (2010), No. 19 – C Nick Bjugstad (2010) and No. 25 C Quinton Howden(2010). In addition, Tallon was extremely active in reshaping the Panthers roster through both trades and in free agency this past offseason. He acquired both Brian Campbell and Tomas Kopecky via trades, while signing 10 players during the first two days of free agency including Ed Jovanovski, Tomas Fleischmann, Scottie Upshall, Kris Versteeg, Tomas Kopecky, Sean Bergenheim, Marcel Goc, Matt Bradley and Jose Theodore. Prior to joining the Panthers, Tallon spent 33 years with the Chicago Blackhawks organization as a front office executive, player and broadcast personality. He served as Chicago’s General Manager from 2005-09, and assistant GM from 2003-05. He was responsible for drafting or acquiring many of the Blackhawks’ top players who won the 2010 Stanley Cup, including Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, Marian Hossa, Patrick Sharp, Brian Campbell and Antti Niemi. Tallon spent the 2009-10 season serving as a Senior Advisor of Hockey Operations for the Blackhawks. He also served four years (1998-2002) as director of player personnel before returning to the radio and television booth prior to the 2002-03 season. A defenseman, Tallon was Vancouver’s first-round selection (2nd overall) in the 1970 NHL Entry Draft. He played in 642 NHL contests with Vancouver (1970-73), Chicago (1973-78) and Pittsburgh (1978-80), registering 336 points (98-238—336) and 568 PIM. Tallon recorded a career-high 17 goals in 69 games with Vancouver during the 1971-72 season and appeared in the 1971 and 1972 NHL All-Star Games. In 1972, Tallon was picked as an alternate for Team Canada at the 1972 Summit Series against the USSR. The Rouyn-Noranda, Que., native was born on Oct. 19, 1950. SCOTT LUCE
Director Of Scouting
Scott Luce enters his 10th year with the Panthers, after joining the club's scouting staff on July 11, 2002. Prior to joining the Panthers, Luce spent three years in Tampa Bay, working as a full-time scout based out of Ontario. Before joining the Lightning, Luce worked in Ottawa during the 1998-99 season as a part-time scout in the Minnesota region. Prior to joining the Senators, the London, Ontario native spent five years as vice president of sales for Branches Hockey Sticks. The son of Philadelphia Flyers Director of Player Development Don Luce, Scott graduated from the University of Guelph (Ontario) in 1992 with a degree in history. Luce has been responsible for the Panthers drafting notable players such as Nathan Horton, Rostislav Olesz and David Booth. Raised in Buffalo, New York, Luce played collegiate hockey at Colgate University and junior hockey with the Guelph Platers. He and his wife, Ann Marie, have two sons, Harrison and Griffin. The family resides in St. Thomas, Ontario. |

MICHAEL DIXON
Team Services Manager
Michael Dixon enters his fifth season as the club's manager of team services. His responsibilities include traveling with the club and scheduling all team travel such as air and bus transportation, hotels, meals and practice ice. He also is responsible for planning and scheduling the annual rookie camp tournament, training camp, and also assists visiting teams with their travel and practice needs. Prior to joining the Panthers, Dixon worked in the financial services industry in Canada for three years. A native of Stoney Creek, Ontario in Canada, Dixon graduated in April 2007 with his MBA in Sport Management at Florida Atlantic University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, and has a Canadian Investment Manager certification from the Canadian Securities Institute. Dixon resides in Coral Springs with his girlfriend Paige and son Easton. |

CHRIS SCOPPETTO
Equipment Manager
Chris Scoppetto enters his fourth season at the club’s head equipment manager. Prior to joining the Panthers, Scoppetto spent three seasons with the Detroit Red Wings serving as the team’s assistant equipment manager, earning a Stanley Cup ring with the Wings last year. The Hamden, CT native spent six seasons on the equipment staff of the Nashville Predators and two seasons with the Phoenix Coyotes. Scoppetto attended Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in exercise science. He and his wife, Trekka, reside in Fort Lauderdale. |

CHRIS MOODY
Assistant Equipment Manager
Chris Moody enters his seventh season with the organization. He began his career with the Colorado Avalanche in 1997, serving as the Avalanche's assistant equipment manager for three years. Moody joined the Nashville Predators in 1999 where he spent four seasons working in a similar role. Moody has been a member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA) since 2003. For the last two years, Moody has played an important role in organizing and participating in 24 hours of hockey, a charitable event that benefits the Children’s Hospital in Denver, CO. Moody resides in Fort Lauderdale. |

JASON MacDONALD
Equipment Assistant
Jason MacDonald enters his third season as the club’s equipment assistant. MacDonald, joins the Panthers after spending the last three seasons as the head equipment manager of the ECHL’s Florida Everblades. Prior to his three seasons spent in Southwest Florida, MacDonald worked in the Central Hockey League with the Fort Worth Brahmas during the 2005-06 campaign. From 2001-05, Jason worked as an assistant equipment manager for the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League. |

DAVE ZENOBI, MS, ATC
Head Athletic Trainer
Dave Zenobi finished his fifth season with the Florida Panthers after joining the team in October 2006. He joined the team as assistant athletic trainer, but assumed the head athletic training duties mid-way through the 2007-08 season. Before joining the Panthers, Zenobi spent five years as the head athletic trainer with the San Jose Sharks AHL affiliate, the Cleveland Barons. Prior to the Barons, Zenobi got his start in hockey by spending seven seasons as the head athletic trainer for the Cleveland Lumberjacks of the IHL. Zenobi graduated in 1990 from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio where he played football for the most successful NCAA Division-III football program. He graduated from the University of Massachussetts in 1992 with a Masters degree in Exercise Science. Zenobi began his professional career by spending two years at the Cleveland Clinic working in the Physical Therapy Department. Zenobi and his wife Dawn live in Parkland with their two sons Domenic and Joey. |

STEVE DISCHIAVI
Physical Therapist
Steve Dischiavi completed his sixth season as the Florida Panthers physical therapist. He has a Florida license in athletic training and will also serve this year as the team’s assistant athletic trainer. Dischiavi earned his Masters of Professional Study in Physical Therapy at the Health Science Center at Syracuse. Dischiavi has also received his certification in Manual Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute, which is a Norwegian based philosophy. Fulfilling his passion to teach, Dischiavi finds time to serve as an adjunct instructor at Nova SouthEastern University in the Physical Therapy program. Dischiavi resides in Fort Lauderdale. |
