SEASON SEAT OWNERS RULES AND REGULATIONS
The title of season ticket holder does carry with it responsibilities. Take a second to look over our rules and regulations.
All sales are final. No refunds will be made on playoff or season ticket payments.
Revocable License
Your ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime, at the sole discretion of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. By using your ticket, you agree not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video, audio, or reproduction of the event to which the ticket admits you. Tickets may not be used in any way for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), auction, or any other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd or the National Hockey League (“NHL”).
Season Tickets
A season ticket entitles the Holder to admission to NHL pre-season and regular season home games of Florida Panthers for the 2013-14 NHL season at BB&T Center. Seat locations and games are subject to the package purchased and are identified on the Season Tickets determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. Holder is not entitled to admission to playoff games, the NHL All-Star game, or any other events. However, the Season Seat Owner shall be entitled to purchase the same seat location for playoff games at the BB&T Center for the Season, at prices and under other terms (including the deadline for such purchase) established by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd, provided that the availability of such location shall be subject to the NHL, the BB&T Center and Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd commitments. This License shall terminate upon conclusion of the NHL Season subject to the Season Seat Owner’s right to purchase playoff tickets as described above or immediately, at Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd sole discretion, upon Season Seat Owner’s breach of any provisions of this License. Season Tickets are issued and renewable at the sole discretion of Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd and may be revoked at any time without cause by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd including, but not limited to, Season Seat Owner’s failure to pay.
Season Ticket Renewals
The purchase of season tickets for 2013-14 does not entitle a Season Seat Owner to purchase season tickets in any subsequent year. Season tickets sales in future seasons are subject to any changes, limitations and/or deadlines that the Florida Panthers may adopt. Without in any way limiting its rights, the Panthers organization expressly reserves the right to:
- change season ticket policies and prices at any time and for any reason;
- apply changes differently to different persons or entities, including without limitation persons who are engaged in reselling tickets (whether licensed to do so or not);
- charge an administrative fee in connection with any approved correction or change to Season Seat Owner account information;
- refuse to sell future season tickets to any individual or entity, including, but not limited to, individuals or entities who:
a) fail to comply with any applicable payment deadline or other condition or restriction, whether in effect at present or in the future
b) resell tickets to third parties (whether licensed to do so or not)
c) engage in dispute relating to the identity of the Season Seat Owner of record
d) engage in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s)
e) permit use of their tickets(s) by an individual who engages in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s). This restriction applies to all Season Seat Owners, including authorized ticket agents.
Payment b) resell tickets to third parties (whether licensed to do so or not)
c) engage in dispute relating to the identity of the Season Seat Owner of record
d) engage in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s)
e) permit use of their tickets(s) by an individual who engages in improper conduct including, but not limited to, possessing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described on the ticket(s). This restriction applies to all Season Seat Owners, including authorized ticket agents.
The total Season Ticket fees for the Season Tickets, payment amounts and payment due dates are shown on the Invoice(s) provided to Seats Seat Owner by Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. To secure Season Seat Owner’s current seat location(s), Season Seat Owner must make the first payment by the due date shown on the first invoice. If at any time during the Season, Season Seat Owner’s payments are not received by the due date, the barcodes on all unpaid Season Tickets will immediately be disabled (prohibiting access to the BB&T Center) until the account is paid in full. Additionally, Season Set Owner’s seat locations may be released and Season Seat Owner will forfeit his/her/its Season Ticket priority. Season Seat Owner my pay on-line at www.floridapanthers.com/accountmanager or may provide Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd with a single, valid credit card number. Season Seat Owner may only pay by check or money order if Season Seat Owner pays the total Season Ticket fees in three payments or less. Season Seat Owner’s cancellation, breach or early termination of this Agreement does not release Season Seat Owner from its obligations to pay all amounts shown on the invoice(s).
No Refunds
All sales of Season Tickets are final. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges of Season Tickets will be made.
Season Ticket Seat Relocation
Season ticket locations that are not renewed by the renewal deadline will be retained and reassigned by the Florida Panthers organization. Primary basis for season relocation will be done by continuous season ticket account longevity. The account longevity system will be used to determine your assigned time slot for our annual Season Seat Owner seat relocation event. At this event, available seats will be tagged and available for possible relocation. You will be able to relocate to the same amount of seats that you have on your current Florida Panthers account (i.e.- two seat account can relocate to another two seat location; four seat account can relocate to another four seat location, etc.)
Account Transfer
Current Season Ticket holders may transfer all or some of your seats under the following circumstances:
- Transfer to immediate family members if purchased personally
- Transfer to buyer if company sold
- Change of contact within the same company
- Change of company name
Playoff Seat Location
FULL Season Seat Owners seat locations and dates are subject to the package purchased and are identified on the Playoff Tickets determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd. Half and Mini Season Seat Owners are guaranteed seats, but they may not be in the same location as their regular season seats. Change in playoff seat location will be determined by the Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd, provided that the availability of such location shall be subject to the NHL, the BB&T Center and Florida Panthers Hockey Club Ltd commitments.
Cheer Now, Pay Later
To qualify for Cheer Now, Pay Later you must renew your season seats for the 2013-14 season by March 13, 2013. This allows you to enjoy all the action during the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs without paying for all rounds in advance. You will only be charged for games that are played at the BB&T Center after each round. Please fill out your playoff Cheer Now, Pay Later invoice with your credit card number, sign the bottom and fax or mail the playoff invoice to the Florida Panthers. By signing the Cheer Now, Pay Later invoice, you are authorizing payment for all playoff rounds and games played at the BB&T Center. You are obligated for payment after each round of playoffs. Cheer Now, Pay Later applies to the same number of strips as your season seats, additional strips purchased must be paid in full in advance. For example, if you currently have 2 season seats, you will receive Cheer Now, Pay Later for 2 seats and will need to pay the discounted rate for additional strips purchased in advance and in full. You will be refunded for any 2013 playoff games not played at the BB&T Center for the additional strips purchased. No Cancellations, No Refunds, No Exchanges.
The Panthers reserve the right to cancel your 2013-14 season ticket plan if you default on any Cheer Now, Pay Later payment.
Scalping
Resale or attempted resale of any ticket is prohibited and is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation. Such action may result in revocation of your season tickets. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, purchase tickets only from an authorized outlet only or box office.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your tickets are stolen from your possession, you must call the police and file a report. Bring a copy of the report with you to the BB&T Center Box Office, and your tickets will be reprinted. A police report is required in order to assist arena personnel to deal with problems involving duplicate tickets. Tickets that have been lost, forgotten, damaged, or destroyed will only be reprinted if the BB&T Center Box Office is able to verify that the patron requesting the reprint is the named account holder for the season tickets.
Children
Children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket to enter Florida Panthers games and events. Any toddler under age two (2) does not require a ticket but if they will sit on their guardian's lap during the event and not occupy an adjacent seat. Any child occupying their own seat (regardless of age) requires a separate ticket.
Tailgating
Tailgating and picnicking are not permitted in any of BB&T Center's parking lots before, during, or after Florida Panthers games.
Fan Behavior
Unruly, offensive, inappropriate or hostile behavior is disruptive to other fans and will not be tolerated. Such behavior should be reported immediately to BB&T Center or Florida Panthers staff. A failure to cease such behavior upon the request of BB&T Center or Florida Panthers staff may be grounds for immediate ejection and, if applicable, criminal prosecution. Patrons may be ejected without warning if deemed necessary for the safety of other individuals. Repeated instances of unacceptable behavior by you or your guests and invitees shall be grounds for revocation of your season seats.
Fan Conduct
BB&T Center intends to provide a safe, comfortable and fan-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Consequently, building management will not tolerate disruptive or unruly behavior. The following rules have been established for acceptable fan behavior:
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter.
- Guests interfering with the ability of others to enjoy the event will be ejected.
- Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected.
- Guests appearing intoxicated will be ejected and turned over to the Sunrise Police Department.
- Guests interfering with the progress of an event will be ejected from the building and subject to possible arrest.
Prohibited Items
The BB&T Center recently instituted enhanced security measures to comply with industry standards. Backpacks are not allowed and bags won’t be checked at customer service. Small purses, diaper bags, etc. are admissible and subject to search. Size limit is 2’ x 2’.
Also. For the comfort and safety of all patrons, the following items are not permitted inside BB&T Center: cans, bottles, or other beverage containers, coolers, outside food or beverage (except for medical reasons and baby food) alcoholic beverages, backpacks, large bags, sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for performers), weapons, laser pointers, firearms, narcotics, beach balls, Frisbees, any type of noise making devices, video or movie cameras, or any other item deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate.
Cameras
Cameras without flash are permitted in the building for all Panthers games. For all other events, camera usage policies will vary. In no way may the taking of photography block access ways or seat aisles or interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event. Please call 954-835-7000 in advance to verify the specific policy for each event.
Flags/Banners/Signs
Banners and signs are permitted providing they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. They must not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way that obstructs another guest’s view or signage. Signs are not permitted to be any larger than 2 foot by 2 foot.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest BB&T Center employee and they will direct you to a first aid station.
Guest Relations
All general customer service inquires can be made at Guest Services located on the plaza and upper level concourses. Any comments or concerns should be brought to the attention of BB&T Center employees at these locations.
Disabilities
BB&T Center recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. BB&T Center continues to make every effort to comply with State and Federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. The BB&T Center Access Service Center is located at the Guest Services Center on the Plaza Level.

Animals
Animals of any kind are not allowed in at the BB&T Center, with the exception of bona fide service animals. A guest whose service animal posses a threat to the safety of other individuals may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Aisles
For the comfort and safety of your fellow fans, please keep aisles clear. Standing or sitting in the aisles, or standing behind the last row of seats are prohibited.
Hockey Pucks
BB&T Center and the Florida Panthers wish to remind all fans that the hockey puck can be hazardous. The puck travels at a high rate of speed and occasionally goes into the spectator area. Serious injury can occur if you do not remain alert at all times, including after play has stopped. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for help and directions to First Aid. Security personnel are located throughout the arena in uniform jackets.
Smoking Policy
BB&T Center seating area is a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted only designated areas. Please request help from a guest services staff for those designated smoking areas. Please notify a staff member of any violation of this policy.
Lost and Found
Lost and found may be claimed at the BB&T Guest Service Center on the Plaza Level on event days or call 954-835-8610 to arrange for pick-up of any items. Items left more than 7 days will be donated to charity.
No Re-Entry
Fans are not allowed to re-entry the building once they have exited. BB&T Center has a "no re-entry" policy during events.
