Q: HOW DO I PRINT MY TICKETS & PARKING PASS?
A: Login to your Account Manager and select Manage My Tickets for all games in your account to appear. Check the boxes next to each seat number for the game you are printing and click Print.  Each ticket and parking pass will print on a separate sheet of paper.

Q: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PRINTING MY TICKETS FROM MY COMPUTER?
A: There is no standing in will-call lines or waiting for mail delivery, you can print them at your convenience, and you can forward them to others attending the event so they can print their own tickets.

Q: WILL MY PRINTED TICKET BE ACCEPTED FOR THE EVENT?

A: Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If more than one copy is scanned, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been used.

Q: HOW DO I FORWARD MY TICKETS & PARKING PASS?
A: Login to your Account Manager and select Manage My Tickets to select the game tickets and parking pass that you wish to forward.  Once the boxes are selected for tickets and parking passes click Forward and follow the instructions on the screen.

Q: WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR TICKET FORWARDING?
A: The deadline to forward your tickets for a game is two hours before face-off on the day of the game.

Q: IS THERE ANY WAY TO FORWARD MORE THAN ONE GAME AT A TIME?

A: Unfortunately you must forward each game individually to ensure that all the proper steps are taken and to avoid tickets being sent to someone by mistake.

Q: IS THERE A COST TO FORWARD OR REPRINT A TICKET?

A: No, it's free! New for the 2012-2013 season, Panthers season seat owners can now forward and reprint their season tickets free of charge using their Account Manager.

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO FRIENDS/FAMILY AHEAD OF TIME?
A: Your guests will require their own ticket to enter the BB&T Center. Prior to the game you can forward tickets to them by logging on to your Account Manager. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket at their home or office.

Q: MY GUESTS AND I WILL BE ARRIVING AT THE BB&T CENTER SEPARATELY. CAN I FORWARD OR PRINT ONLY SOME OF MY TICKETS FOR A PARTICULAR GAME?

A: Yes. Simply check the box next to the seats that you would like to forward or print and continue through the process on your Account Manager. All unchecked seats will remain on your account for the game you are managing.

Q: I USE MY TICKETS FOR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES. HOW WILL I GIVE THEM MY TICKETS?

A: Just login to your Account Manager and select ticket forwarding. This is a secure way to deliver your tickets by emailing them to your client or employee without anyone leaving their office.

Q: WHAT IS THE PAPERLESS TICKET OPTION?
A: Select this option and follow the steps to enter your credit card information. The tickets will then be loaded onto your credit card. When you arrive at the gate the usher will swipe your card and print out your ticket for you. There are no additional fees associated with this option.

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKETS FOR A PARTICULAR GAME?
A: You can list your tickets for sale through the NHL Ticket Exchange website. Simply log on to your Account Manager and list your tickets for sale.

Q: CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT THROUGH MY ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGER?
A: My Panthers Account does allow you to make all your ticket invoice payments online. You can view your invoices, make payments and renew your season ticket package for next year all through your online Account Manager.  Take advantage of this new option and avoid the hassles of making payments in-person, over the phone or by mail.

Q: WHAT IS THE DONATE TICKETS OPTION?
A: This option forwards your tickets to the Florida Panthers Foundation. Submissions must be made 48 hours before the start of the game. You will receive a letter from the Florida Panthers Foundation that states your donation is tax deductable one week after the game date has passed.

Q: IF I GET LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
A: Contact your account representative or the client service team at 954-835-8471 to have your account reset.
