Transfer Your Tickets & Parking To Paperless

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”
Step 2 Select the appropriate game
Step 3 Choose the seats and parking you want to transfer to paperless
Step 4 Select “Paperless”
Step 5 Select a credit card or enter a new card if one is not already on your account to transfer the tickets
Step 6 Submit

The credit card assigned to the seats is now your ticket for entering the game.  Please remember to bring the credit card they were transferred to along with a photo ID. Go to any designated entry point at the BB&T Center and present your card to the ticket attendant.  Once the magnetic stripe is read small receipt(s) will print and be handed to you containing your seat location(s).

Print Your Tickets & Parking

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”
Step 2 Select the appropriate game
Step 3 Choose the seats and parking you want to print
Step 4 Select “Print”
Step 5 In the next screen, select “Print your tickets”
Step 6 Select “Download Now”
