POSITION TITLE:    CRM/ Business Analyst
DEPARTMENT:        Business Analytics Department
REPORTS TO:         Director, Business Operations   

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position combines a broad knowledge of business and technical disciplines including business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis with proven technical aptitudes and skill sets.  Your responsibilities will require the management of a new CRM system, continuous analysis of ongoing business activities, and working closely with multiple departments including but not limited to Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Sponsorship.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Management, enforcement and usage of our new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Importing and assigning leads to all sales representatives.
• Maintain a clean and updated database of buyers and leads, along with key data points.
• Work with department managers on strategies for gathering new leads based on measured successes from ongoing campaigns.
• Track and produce timely follow up reports on all distributed leads.
• Continuously reshuffling and distributing unsold leads to different sales representatives.
• Develop campaigns with an objective to find out more information regarding our current customers.
• Implement email marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with detailed reports on all campaign’s including open rates, click through rates and sales data.
• Running various Excel financials and projects requiring the use of advanced functions and coding through VBA
• Develop “inside the numbers” types of reports that detail a magnified look and analysis into the a variety of sales buckets
• Maintain and update the contracted suite amortization file in order to provide real-time, up-to-date sales information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or another related field, Master’s degree a strong plus
• Strength in Microsoft Excel, VBA and any prior CRM system
• Knowledge of Ticket Master Archtics a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing data and reporting systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Integration Services
• Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining modeling and forecasting tools
• Demonstrated proficiency in campaign analytics and ROI measurement
• Perform established business analytics including trend analysis, forecasting, modeling and performance tracking for program categories and overall department performance
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
