The Talk 2 Us campaign focuses on taking the customer service and experience for Florida Panthers fans and all BB&T Center guests to an even higher level by encouraging all fans, guests and constituents to provide feedback – good and bad – through a variety of mediums.
Talk 2 Us is activated through a fully-integrated marketing and advertising campaign including in-arena digital and static signage, online, outdoor, social media, radio, television, and more.
Fans can “Talk 2 Us” and submit feedback through a variety of mediums including filling out the form below, TheBBTCenter.com, Twitter using the hashtag #talk2us, Facebook, and at the BB&T Center by talking to SSE executives and staff members or visiting the arena’s North and South VIP desks.
